breathe life into
dreary cliffs
on an alien shore
I’m walking, enjoying the sun. Taking the camera for a Sunday afternoon jaunt. It’s a balmy day, early in the Spring. Bright, clear light, shimmering. I’m aiming for a street in the industrial estate, past the skate park, a few blocks from my place. I worked there once. Next door. Passed the graffiti every day. Hardly noticed. But today I will. Today I’m going to get up close and personal. Remove the blinkers. The sun’s right. And there’s a beautiful moon…
